While the program will let you assign a unit to a DIY interface, there is no simple way to route messages. The DIY is probably not yet really suited to doing a full fledged unit interface like this. The scripting is pretty simple, you can certainly process in the data available script the messages and then script the turnon and off via scripts, but you wont be able to manage those units by address, but will probably have to do it by name.

I have more questions about the PCL system though. I've gotten some documentation about this now from Michael and the web. The underlying technology for powerline communication looks identical to UPB, but I have conflicting documents about the communication to the physical interface device. Some look like they are almost identical to the UPB interface, but others are similar but different in some important ways. Do you actually have one of these interfaces to experiment with?
