Is this with a recent build or the release version. We had this
problem not too long ago due to just updates in the OS vs the version
of some controls I was using in XTension, but I updated that in some
recent beta build. I"m concerned if you're having it with the most
recent build at:

sentman.com/files/xtensionbeta.zip

or if it's an older version, please try updating to that.

Thanks,
James
