Hi Steve,

You've got the verb right, two words and not one, I was then going to
see if it made a difference to use the "of" instead of not as it's not
required by the verb, but it works both ways here...

what is failing is the lookup of the name for some reason. My mind
screams a warning about text encoding. Can you tell me what OS version
you're using? Build 702 contains the fixes for 10.4 or 5 or whenever
it was they started to force applescript to use UTF16 characters
everywhere which broke EVERYTHING for a few moments there...

Can you access this specific unit via any other verb? just do a "write
log (value of "power phase 1")" from the command line and see if you
get the same error, or if that works OK.
