XTension Discussion
Re: Suggestions Needed
Hello Jack !
I did a special package for Bose corp a couple of years ago that may
do for you...
It uses the Smarthome 'LampLinc' 2456 :
>
And I've put the script and docs here :
<http://www.shed.com/temp/lamplinc/lamplinc.dmg>
What it does is sets up the Lamplinc for a 'RAMP' level and then all
you do is issue ON and OFF commands to it.
No need to issue continuous DIM/BRI's...
Instead, you'd periodically (your ramp rate choice) issue "Toggle"
commands to the unit.
There is a PDF file of the lamplinc, and several scripts that even
have Dialogs to guide you.
You'll have to copy/paste them into your XTension scripts, and massage
them as you need.
( the UNIT is named "Bose" :)
Take a look at this and let me know if it doesn't scratch that itch ??
