XTension Discussion
Centigrade (THGR122NX)
Since the firmware upgrade yesterday by RFXCom, the oregon sensors work like a charm. Repeatedly pressing the 'reset' button helped to get me an address in the P (peculiar?) range for all three sensors.
Now I notice that although they show °C on the front panel, XTension insists on displaying the °F reading. Is there an obvious way (lest conversion calculation) of switching to °C?
Another question, related, is changing the label in the Master List. I noticed that I could set the 'ON' label to 'warm' for a furnace. Wouldn't it be nice to have the temperature shown in the 'Value' column of the master list? E.G. have the last temperature reading (25°C) set as 'ON' label.
For that, I need to change the 'On' label for Unit type by Applescript. All 'label' references that I found in the manual (verbs, that is) refer to 'Views'. I don't have a view, I only use the Master List.
