XTension Discussion
A hitch finally upgrading my old XTension Classic system
Been many years since I've posted to this list. My old classic
XTension system which I set up in 1998 has been humming along happily
with almost no changes since 2001.
With the kids getting older, and Mac Mini's so cheap, I've finally
decided to upgrade, but I've run into a little hitch.
I'm trying to upgrade from classic 3.9.4 to X4X 6.1. When I select the
"Import from Classic XTension" menu item in 6.1, the dialog says to
run "Classic Xtension Exporter script" on the classic system. My
Classic 3.9.4 folder has no script of that name I'm probably missing
something obvious?
Or should I just make a list of my X10 addresses/device names and
start from scratch (probably not a bad plan).
Thanks in advance,
John
