Hi Mark,
Are all other things working ?
Can you issue commands with the CM15 and CM11 ?
Do you have one of the old TM756 or RR501 plug-in wireless receivers ?
If so you might verify that it can receive RF ...
perhaps you have a radio signal 'jammer' in the house,
like maybe a Palm Pad jammed into the couch cushions ??
