Greetings -

I need to find an ISP in Boynton Beach, FL for my mother-in-law. I
don't think she will spring for cable, and she can't get DSL where she
lives, so it needs to be dial-up service (groan).

She is totally non-technical, so reliable software and robust
connections are very important. She probably won't do anything but
email and light surfing.
