The following solution is very simple, but it may not suit everybody's
needs. Just remember that MacOS loads the items in the Startup Items folder
in alphabetical order. If you want a different order, just rename the
aliases in there by adding a number in front. For example "Mac CallerID",
"PPPremier Timer 2" and "XTension" can be rearranged as "1 XTension", "2
PPPremier Timer 2" and "3 Mac CallerID". If XTension needs to be the
frontmost application at the end, just add another alias and name it "4
XTension".
