She likely really copied somewhere else (from other websites) without knowing that it was already copied from Fernandes volume… but if she were friend and such a close collaborator of this curator (that she pretends to know him so well calling him "Clinton") then she should at least KNOW that he had dealt with the same Ploughshares story in his personal chapter of the above mentioned book (Chapter 2: East Timor, Paragraph Title: "Indonesian Invasion and Occupation")…She would have recognized that the text was taken from his best friend work.
