The rez I just love that word Mike.
You are spot on. Drugs alcohol and their attendant miseries are rife in
non-indigenous people's homelands... the sprawling suburbs that every
Spielberg movie features in its opening shot.
You say PowWow we say Corroboree.
Here in the North of Australia we have the Garma festival, very similar to
what you are describing.
