Boards is respectfully solicited, and perhaps, mutually sought.

Registration is by invitation or requested admission only.
The forum, as an expression of us in it (rather than the perverse-
inverse) is located at www.point-of-departure.org/forum/.

Overview

This is intended to provide a focused set of discussions,
investigations, and consequential applications for facilitating social
change.

As such it is layed out in a thorough manner so that topics are made
available even if not used. Breadth has been painstakingly sought. The
depth has been limited to one level of Boards under each Category,
with user-created topics varying therein. The real depth will come
from you, the Forum members. I welcome you as friends, associates, and
confederates.

Purpose Statement

This is my attempt at creating us as 'a self-writing book' based upon
a dynamically self-righting (from generalized social inversion) format
and input model. It is hoped that in terms of the "blind men and the
elephant" view of each of our subjectivity's search for 'objective
truth' that these matrixed "snapshots" of 'the elephant' may be
discussed such that we may create that elephant or whatever we choose
"it" to be. As "0" and "1" are but agreed-upon concepts, as also is
"the line", in a dynamically analog and nonlinear universe, we may
collectively create objects based in the desires of our
subjectivities, within and arising from the most base of physical
realnesses we discover (and daily encounter such as the x-y axes of
space, the z-axis of time, N-dimensions, the end-points of 'the
linear', "leap" vectoring across unitary space-time, etc.). We may
'project' into that 'elephant' and look back at us as 'creators', just
as we may look at whatever "it" is in the process of defining what we
desire "it" to become. Together communicating on "both sides" of this
micro-macro dialectic, we may create a new world which the basest of
social forces (stuck in just one or the other of those sides: social
"change" without personal transcendence, or personal "transcendence"
without social change) will not be able to contain. Contention is
sought for its energy and its ability to self-launch higher levels of
contention, a stepping-stone as it were, into self-evolution.
Suppression of "opposites" opposes evolution. We have seen that in the
variant authoritarianisms and confusionisms of our history. The point
is to use BOTH and NEITHER to propel us and our creations into the
subjective dream, beyond dream which uses only us to convey or which
we use only to erect nightmares when waking. The boards may mutate
into others or new forms and contents. That will be done with our
content-input and my "you"-influenced ability to modify our
environment's form. Together, I look forward to learning, sharing, and
changing our world. Best wishes to us all!

The General Forum Structure

The "Forum" is made up of "Categories", which, in turn, are made up of
"Boards" (as in bulletin boards), in which a person can choose to
engage after registering and being admitted to the Forum.

This Forum's 'Meta-structural' Self-integration

This Forum has three "moments":
critical-theorist (the);
practical-activist (act);
historical-exemplist (exe).

Each "moment"-element has its own dialectic, fuzzily in one-or-more
dynamical-transitic 'tri-states':
negative (neg);
synthetic (syn);
affirmative (aff).

We commit personal-social negentropic 'work', or self-revolutionizing,
via an experiential-synthetic (syn) state.

Therefore, there are nine totalitizing, cross-pollinating meta-
categories:
