I finished this book. "Two Hundred Pharaohs - Five Billion Slaves" I am lucky to have a partner, working at a library, who downloaded it with their printer ink. I liked the book. I think it is interesting that Gavin Turk contributed a drawing and paragraph as sort of a preface… 

The book (or stack of papers in my case) is an excellent manifesto (lengthy read)…an abridged account of the paths, led by capitals excess, towards it conclusion: a inevitable movement towards necessary remedy…by the hands of those who were aped into that excess. A non-falsifiable conclusion…
