"busting" the toxic smoke "clouds" of the socially-useless & mystically-defended
This is being sent to the
"cloudbusters" Yahoo group, and is in lieu of any received, simple
factualizing of the physics of Orgonite effects, "tower-turning", and
chemtrail-neutralizing….
All I ask for is theoretical use-value, a rather simple request that Reich would have provided, provided the queried have any understanding or knowledge of him as both a non-mystic and a socially-critical scientist and critical social scientist…. I'm open to reality and its nature, but draw the line of knowledge at the point where faith bares its "righteous" and intelligence-free jaws.
Old-fashioned mysticism is exactly what gave the German Socialist Workers Party (aka "Nazis") their good ole' down-home flare.
It was at the very core of their "naturalistic" elitism, just as with other "chosen people" cults.
Who needs science when Gaia and rancid Mythos are on your side! Who needs a social critique, analysis, or strategy?!
We just need abstractly-subjective "experience", a sense of mass-ified denial as defense, and a cultish fervor with which to offend.
How appropriate that once again we see it substituted for real[izing] social change and useful or made-available-to-all theory.
How sad, cowardly, and witless that we find it cloaked in "Reich", "anarchism", and other social movements once so potent, and now, so spectacularly re-presented with associated idiotology… a pinch is all it takes when fear and a irrationalist cynicism are added to the characterized [aka "colonized"] "mix".
What would I have preferred? What did I seek? For what did I make a simple request?
How about, in Reich's real tradition, the documentation and spreading of devices and practices that cause an orgastic melting away or unfreezing of the confined ego, the alienated will, and captive critical mind? Instead, I see "method" that reinforces generalized dumbification by posing a false choice, a pseudo-opponency between the libidinized savior of pre-Enlightenment daze to the super-ego rational[ity] of current capital's logic and expansion. The light of humanity is waning and I get passed sanctified wands, belligerence, and rocks.
How about a qualified "more" of the demonstrable and less of the wishfully imagined?
How about a qualified "more" of the sexually-kinetic and less sect[arian] hocus-defocus?
How about qualified social praxis rather than condemning the drive for that change with emotive pathos?
How about spreading Reichian, Rifean, Teslan science rather than half-truths and outright deceit based in scam and hopelessness?
How about free workshops, free products, and freedomized practice rather than shovels with which to dig deeper in the daily pile of shit?
How about courage & truth rather than the partialized sales pitch & charm?
Frankly, the "science" in cloudbusting and most everything I've seen paraded around the Big Top "is" precisely a circus joke and not that well done, at least not so far. It's said that the heart has reasons that reason must understand…. Well then, tie the mind, heart, and crotch together theoretically and practically so the humanity that is not abstract or near-dead may unleash it as a force for evolution and freedom, and not as some redirected web cash register front.
Anyone care to gift something worth the name and tradition besides a characterologically-defended and offensive con of the sha[wo/]man?
