Jesse,
Back during my undergrad years I wrote a thesis on the Walloon glassworkers in the US including in Charleroi and Monessen. I can't remember the name Henri Fournier, but the Union des Travailleurs is available on microfilm at the Wisconsin Historical Society.
The best source is Michel Cordillot's "La Sociale en Amérique", a biographical dictionary of the francophone social movement in America. It has an entry on Fournier on pages 194-5. I can copy it for you and send it to you. Let me know.
Goaziou was involved in a number of other papers for which I can give you information on repositories (mainly Columbia's Butler Library and Labadie Collection).
If you can read French, there is a Belgian newspaper called "Journal de Charleroi" (this is the Belgian city) geared toward the glass industry, which published quite regularly letters and reports by emigrated Belgian glassworkers, many from Charleroi, PA. You may find something in there. This newspapers is available at the Royal Library of Belgium Albert I in Brussels.
cheers
Tom Goyens
