let's take a look at Proudhon, he was always good in using such terms. And yes, Proudhon already used “anti-capitalisme” in his 1852 book "La révolution sociale démontrée par le coup d'état du 2 décembre":

"Que le 2 décembre sortant de la fausse position que lui a faite la tactique des partis, produise, développe, organise, et sans retard, ce principe qui doit le faire vivre, l'anti-christianisme, c'est à dire, l'anti-théocratie, l'anti-capitalisme, l'anti-féodalité ; qu'il arrache à l'Eglise, à la vie inférieure, et qu'il crée en hommes ces prolétaires, grande armée du suffrage universel, baptisés enfants de Dieu et de l'Eglise, et qui manquent à la fois de science, de travail et de pain. Tel est son mandat telle est sa force." (p. 116)
