The May 15 issue of "Divergences", the anarchist bimonthly journal of international relations, is now available at <divergences.be/spip.php?article918>.

Jordan Levinson offers important remarks about our value systems, and though his article relates to the American situation, there is food for thought for everybody everywhere. As the world goes on today, most articles deal with conflicts and wars: In the Middle East we question Israel's "Manifest Destiny" and the War without End in Iraq, which has created a Historic Antiwar Protest in the West Coast ports of the US while in Africa the South African Transport and Allied Workers Union decided neither to unload nor transport the shipment of Chinese-made armaments destined for Zimbabwe. On the more positive side, we repot Seattle's First Green Festival. There also are our usual reviews in history, literature and art.
