Thanks to Uri Gordon for sending this interview.  For those interested, I think SiTW in the question on Daoism coped below may be referring to the selection by Bao Jingyan (ca. 300 C.E.) in Robert Graham, ed., <<Anarchism: A documentary of Libertarian Ideas>>, Vol. 1, pp. 1-4.  Bao bases his anarchist views firmly on Lao Zi and Zhuang Zi (ca. 3rd century B.C.E.).  Ms. LeGuin's translation of the Daojejing is titled <<Lao Tzu Tao Te Ching>> and was published by Shambala in 1997.  Also see my article, "Daoism and Anarchism Reconsidered," <<Anarchist Studies>> 6 (October 1998): 123-151.  —John Rapp
