One of the charms of democracy is the moments of electoral enchantment. Medicine men, witch doctors, sorceresses suddenly appear in the media, hide their unpleasant performances of the past, juggle reality and place the nation in a state of levitation. Every citizen suddenly believes that the moment is crucial, and that the world is at a turning point.
