[Graphics] Vinyl attachments to a truck

I've been tasked by my client to prepare decals to go on the rear side of a tractor-trailer. I'll be preparing specs for the preparation of about 25 logos of participating or partnering agencies. They want the logos to be loose (not all one big piece of vinyl attached by the customizing company--which, btw, wouldn't happen anyway because of some very poor communications by the trailer customizer). In other words, something of glorified bumper stickers. Any advice on the kind of vinyl and adhesive? Or just go with regular, every-day vinyl bumper sticker material?

Thanks
