I can't go into any particulars right now, but the CD will be far more
interactive than an internally-linked PDF, at least as the project
looks right now. Think of interactive elements, like this

but not that spectacular! More like

A is linked to B; B is linked to C
C is x of A; B is y of D

F occurs in a list of D, E, F, G, H, I, J
and in a list of F, H, K, N, Q, T

In any event, the user can see the data as it's presented in the book
(lists and diagrams), but can click on any data point (item or entry)
and see other configurations or arrangements.
