I did go up to 10.5/13 and had to fix a bunch of line breaks --
actually, a lot more than I expected. But it wasn't terrible (and it
fixed a few bad pages in the mix, too). The text ran out about 1+ more
pages, and with recto openings and a bunch of blank versos, I only
added one new leaf, about half-way through.

It won't go to the printer until October, and the publisher is handling
that part. Since no one proofs with bluelines these days, the first
time I'll see it is the sample book. I don't even think they'll do
f&g's.
