Hey, folks. I need to find a source for the following product.

A new client wants to produce a series of posters (up to 30)
approximately 18" x 24" (vertical). The posters will be used this way:

First, the teacher will display one poster in a class, probably on a
desk or flat surface as he or sher leads a discussion about the
contents of the poster.

Then the teacher will take the poster off the display and put it on a
wall or bulletin board for the students to see and contemplate later.
The posters should be easily (and easely!) portable.

I am thinking of a rigid portfolio that can be flipped back on itself
and serve as an easel. The portfolio should have a mechanism to allow
individual posters to be removed and then replaced (a clamp system or
rings that can be opened and closed). And it should have a way to close
and secure, like a button or zipper flap, which may serve as the bottom
(desk) side of the easel when it is open and placed on the desk or

Anybody got an idea where I can find such things? I'm in the process of
developing a design and production estimate for the client, and this
will obviously be a major cost component!

BTW, if you've got a better way to skin this cat, please suggest it.
The client wants a way to display posters to a classroom of 5th graders
for a discussion, then put them up for a while, and then take them
down and protect them for later use. Right now, the prototype
production run will be somewhere between 10 and 50 sets; if it works
out for them, they will contemplate a much larger production run, 1000
or more. Economies of scale will become a factor at that point.
