Dear David,

In the IISH library there is a short biography on Jaeger in Norwegian:
Ipsen, I.I. Anarkisten Hans Jaeger [Stockholm] : Norges Ungsoc. Forbunds
Forlag, 1920 (IISG call # No 118/39). I could just figure out the dates of
birth and death:

Born: September 2, 1854 in Drammen
Died: February 8, 1910

and that he worked as a seaman from 1867-1874. As of 1875 he studied
philosophie. Later he wrote in the anarchist paper "Korsaren" which
continued after no. 10 as "Revolten" (see IISH- catalogue).

We have one title of a work by Jaeger in the catalogue which has recently
been translated into German: Anarkiets Bibel. Copenhagen, 1906.
